Outlook for Mac uses a similar feature called Recent Addresses, however there are some differences. Outlook for Mac does not synchronize the Recent Addresses data from or to the Exchange server. Microsoft regularly offers updates for its Office for Mac program suite. The first service pack for Office for Mac 2011 brought the suite to version 14.1.0, and later releases updated the suite further. As of March 2013, the most recent update brings Office to version 14.3.2. To check whether your company has installed the most recent edition of MS Office, you can check your current installation's version number from your Mac's application list.
