Step 1_____
First, find the download for your mod.(In the image, I am getting the Morph mod)
Step 2_____
Next, wait five seconds with the adfly screen and click the skip ad button.
Last Step______
Drag the .jar file from your Downloads folder(or where ever your downloads go)into your mods folder in .minecraft(can be found by clicking on the 'Edit Profile' button in the launcher, and then 'Open Game Directory'.Note that with the Morph mod, you need iChunUtil and that I just installed it for this tutorial, as I do not know how to make that mod work.

105/07/2015 11:55 amLevel 29:Expert ToastCrinklekittyThe way you describe on how to install java mods, is wrong. the reason is because when you put the java file in the mod folder, it will just work as a basic mod until another one in another section in the '.minecraft' folder is beeing used. Here is what I mean:
1. Copy/cut the jar file, but don't paste it yet
2. Open the versions folder and create a new folder whatever you would like to call it
3. Paste the jar file in the folder you just created
4. Copy the jar file in the folder again and paste it with a different name
5. Open the jar file in notepad, copy all the text and exit the file
6. Delete the copied file
7. Create a new file (most likely a txt file) and name it exactly as the jar file is called
8. Once written exactly as the jar file, save the file with that name as a .json file
9. Open the json file in notpad and paste the next you copied
10. Launch the launcher and select the mod you 'made
10,5. If this didn't work, do these steps
11. Open the versions folder and select a folder you don't need (if the mod uses 1.7.10, you need to find a folder that runs the 1.7.10 minecraft version
12. Paste the jar file in the folde you selected and rename it exactly as the json file is called
13. Launch the launcher and select the version
If you can't find the folder, go back to the versions folder, check after the last edited folder and rename it to whatever you want. I recommend to rename the files inside that folder exactly what the folder is called.112/01/2019 6:57 pmLevel 6:Apprentice EngineerAugieIsBadAtBuilding
This doesn't work with the new launcher. Thanks for the knowledge/effort, though!105/07/2015 12:21 pmLevel 49:Master PonyStarlight Glimmer

It's no StreamControl, but you can use ScoreBoard Editor in PlayOnMac (Wine) to at least get some form of a scoreboard for now. PlayOn Mac: www.playonmac.com (or something else that uses WINE). SBE will only edit FreeType (Text) fields so you'll need to supply your own background images.
